Library and book club

Library returns and borrowing are held each Friday. 

Student borrowing rights are:

Kindergarten    2 books

Year 1                3 books

Year 2                4 books

Year 3                4 books

Years 4               5 books

Year 5                5 books

Year 6                 5 books

All books are borrowed for a period of 1 week.

Students will have the opportunity to borrow and return library books each Wednesday and Friday. Mrs Bate and Mrs Milnes will assist the class teachers. It is strongly recommended that children have a library bag to protect books from leaks and spills in school bags.

Book club

Scholastic Bookclub provides students an opportunity to quality books at a reduced cost through the school. Pamphlets are handed out to students according to age/stage twice a term. Books purchased in this manner allow the school to accumulate points for them to purchase books for the school library.

Bookclub Purchases can be done in two ways:-

• Return form and money to the school
• Order and pay online (LOOP) which is delivered to the school

The school also has an annual Book Fair which allows students and parents to purchase books at the school.
