Bunnings BBQ Fundraiser

As you are hopefully aware, the cost of this year’s major excursion in August will be $800 per student. The P&C have organised an opportunity for parents/carers to raise funds that would contribute directly to reducing the cost of this excursion for their child.

A Bunnings BBQ will be held from 8:00am-4:00pm on Sunday, 11th July at Bunnings Ballina. Parents/carers of 4/5/6 students who volunteer to help staff the BBQ will have a share of the funds raised allocated to reducing the excursion costs for their child.  If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity please email the P&C rouspublicschoolpandc@gmail.com 

Every effort will be made to ensure all families of 4/5/6 students have an opportunity to be involved and raise funds to support their child to attend this year’s excursion

If there are more than 16 volunteers we can change to hourly time slots.

Total funds would be divided by the number of time slots (16)

If the BBQ raises $1,000, this gives approx. $60 per time slot. If a parent works 3 time slots this is $180 towards their child’s excursion.
